Singapore - The Venue World Marathon Champs are only held outside of Europe once every 6 years and in the true spirit of Singapore they are determined to make this the best World Champs ever held. The Organizing Committee have been superb, every detail has been taken care of. The venue is amazing, in the middle of Singapore, on the Grand Prix Track, with the portage being on the only floating International Soccer Pitch in the world. Travel for Our SA Team Singapore Airlines have come to the party for us BIG time, our return fare to Singapore direct from JHB including tax is: R 7,821 plus each Team member gets 10kg overweight free for their paddles and equipment 45 seats have already been reserved by CSA for the our Team and supporters, make sure that one of these seats is yours. We depart JHB on Sunday the 16th of October and arrive early Monday morning We return early Monday morning the 24th of October ( straight after the Closing Ceremony and Official After Party) arriving in JHB at 07.00am on Monday morning. Pasir Ris is synonymous with family-friendly recreation sites, namely Downtown East that sees many tourists and locals flocking to its theme parks and Fishermen Village which is well-known for its beneath-the-sky and sea view seafood dining. Each flat has 2 rooms with 2 beds per room with a small lounge/kitchenette. Cost. Dinner, Bed ,Breakfast , Lunch including airport and venue transport at R600.00 (SGD 105) Per day. Lunch: We will be served at the competition venue during the event Exchange Rate used is R5.7 to 1 Singapore Dollar (SGD) Boats Our CSA container is to be packed in Durban on the 12th of September.
