Saturday 16 October we’ll be presenting a canoe polo introduction day at Harmony Canoe Club in Tygervalley (at the Tygervalley quarry). The day will start at 10am. We’ll play a few friendly canoe polo games with the white water kayakers, canoe polo players and anyone interested.

The Lotto has funded Western Cape 2 sets of canoe polo boats in order to grow and develop the sport further in the province. Unfortunately we will only receive the boats after the introduction day.

Please put a reminder out to your respective clubs about the Canoe Polo Day on 16 October. We will send another reminder closer to the time.

Also please could you look around in your clubs old store rooms, I’m still looking for any unused canoe polo equipment, that we can make use e.g. paddles, helmets, spray skirts, boats, etc.
