Take the N7 to Citrusdal. Turn right at Citrusdal turn off and go to 4 way stop or maybe a robot at the main road through the town turn left and go past the shops etc and carry on along this road it turns to gravel and then there is a left turn to a farm called “Patrysberg” (?). Go onto the farm. The race start is here.

After the start go back to the road you turned off to get onto the farm and turn left. Carry on along this road. There are places to stop all over. Eventually there is a four way stop on the gravel and just to the left there is a low level bridge. Park and walk to the bridge. After seeing the paddlers pass, head straight on across the 4 way stop and follow the road to where the officials will be for the end. It is at the start of the Clan William Dam.
