Take the N1 to Worcester but before Worcester and just after the pass is a turn off to the right to Rawsonville. Take this turn off. Carry along the road until the Rawsonville turn off. Go through the town and out the other side. Keep on the road; at Nekkies Resort turn left. Cross the river and carry on. At the sign to Villiersdorp turn right and keep going. Eventually there is a sign to the left to Eilandia. Take this turn off. Just keep straight along until you come across the low level bridge over the river. This is the start.

After the start go back along the way you came to the Eilandia turn off and sign. Turn right here and on the gravel road just carry on. Eventually the river will come into view at one or two places. It is not too far away. If you wish you can watch from the roadside or walk down closer. Afterwards keep on along the gravel road and eventually you will come to a T-junction with the mail road to Robertson. Turn right here and carry on towards Robertson. Just before Robertson, there is a turn off to the right to Silverstroomstrand. Take this turn off and follow the road into the Campsite. This is where the finish is.

If a farm gate is closed when you get to it, open it, go through, but then close it again. If there is a long line of cars, make sure the last in the line knows to close the gate. Do not just leave it open thinking others will close it automatically; in reality this does not happen. We need to keep all farmers that allow us on their farms happy otherwise, these accesses will be taken away from us.
